We currently offer tutoring Monday to Thursday between the times of 3pm to 9pm. Please contact us to find out our availability and to book a session. We tutor face to face in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, as well as online.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. As much as we are compassionate and understanding, unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to this policy, even for instances such as last minute cancellations due to illness. We are truly very sorry for any student who develops sudden unexpected illness and we sincerely wish any student who falls unwell a very speedy recovery. However, this policy remains to be considerate towards our tutors. Our tutors work exceptionally hard preparing and delivering tutoring sessions. With less than 48 hours notice, we cannot fill the session with another student and allow for prior planning of the session.

 

If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the amount for the session will still remain outstanding and an invoice will be generated.
